You will be working on various web-based as well as mobile-based applications for turnkey projects and building awesome products that will benefit and impact many people. What we need is those who have polished skillsets and love challenges. Believe us. You will never be short of things to do.

Hard Skills Requirement:
• Web programming / Database skills: PHP, Ruby on Rails, MySQL, MS SQL Server, etc.
• PHP MVC framework such as Code Igniter (CI), Yii, etc.
• Web 2.0 style development with HTML5, CSS3, Ajax, JQuery, Node.JS, etc.
• Web Slicing and mapping into front-end interface
• Understand what UX really is and able to apply from the user perspective
• UI concept development and integration with back-end system (very important!)

Soft Skills Requirement:
• Fast learner & pro-active, strong analysis, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Self-Starter - Looking for candidates who can jump in quickly without a lot of direction
• Team Player - Able to work in collaborative projects
• Able to work around tight deadlines

Having requirements below will be consider as a major plus:
• Mobile applications development on Android and/or IOS platforms
• Web infrastructure setup capability - Apache, MySQL, Linux (CentOS or Ubuntu)
• Understanding Unified Modeling Language
• Experience in Java, .NET languages
• Strong SQL skills and understanding of database/data modeling concepts and architecture
• Familiarity with MySQL, MS SQL or Oracle DB administration
• Stays around Jakarta Barat area

Experience
For this position we are looking for somebody who has at least 2 years of extensive web development experience. Salary will be decided on the expertise level and the position applied.
