In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have: 2-5 years of e-commerce, retail merchandising or management consulting experience. Demonstrated senior presence; experience managing others preferred experience in business and data analytics such as Excel strong analytical acumen and be comfortable generating and evaluating various forecasts, metrics, and analyses. Innovative problem-solving skills; dissect and determine root causes of problems and implement solutions superb business judgment with a desire to manage your own business. Proven track record of successful negotiations and relationship management (both internal and external). Excellent written and oral skills, strong organizational communication skills

Reporting to the Regional Category Manager, Consumer Electronics you will be responsible for
defining the category strategy Lazada should adopt for consumer electronics products in Indonesia
running the analysis to understand the impact of category decisions on the sales and profits and refining the strategy. Identifying assortment gaps and provide Sales team with key industry contacts advising Key Account Management team on top tier merchant performance and competitiveness driving the category pricing and marketing strategy interacting daily with the Regional Category Management team to ensure the right implementation of the high level strategy
