English Speaking Customer Service Hotline

Specifically responsible to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair reported software or hardware problems for overseas Raptor customers (Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, Australia, etc).

Job Description

• Resolve software or hardware problems reported by Raptor customers via email or phone.
• Document and report problems and resolution to the supervisor.
• Coordinate with local support engineers to solve the issues.
