General Requirement: 1. Strong understanding of networking and TCP/IP 2. Server installation, configuration, and management based on Windows technologies 3. Strong communications, writing and editing skills needed to transfer information to individuals involved in systems support process 4. Ability to communicate clearly, to both technical and non-technical audiences 5. Ability to write policies and procedures; and to prioritize work and meet deadlines 6. Good English Proficiency 7. Willing to work in shift 8. Experience managing Cloud based servers and applications is a plus but training will be provided on the use of Cloud infrastructure management software. 9. Familiarization with Amazon Web Services Cloud infrastructure is also a plus but again training will be provided as necessary.
