BUSINESS ANALYST

Qualification :

 2 Years experiences in IT Project Management experience, especially in quality assurance and Testing part
 IT Business Analyst
 Responsible for IT business requirement until production deployment and Production support

Requirements:

• Male/female, experience min 1-2 years as Business Analyst
• D3 / S1 major in Information Technology
• Detailed understanding of Information System, System Analysis & Programming, Data Processing Development
• Experienced in gather user requirements, ability to facilitate /
drill down and clarify requirements, testing, running workshops and
meetings
• Familiar with SDLC, budgeting process, compliance, standardization,
work and culture within global organization
• Life Insurance knowledge and business processes
• Knowledge of Life Asia/400 and Varicent system is an Advantage
• Good communication skill (verbal & writing), positive work
attitude, pro-active, and initiative
• Hard-working, initiative, positive thinking, team player
