Technical Support Manager

Responsibility :
- Identifying potential technical or business obstacles and suggesting solutions
- Providing updates on Technosoft's strategic and product roadmaps to internal team as well as to customers
- Conducting quarterly site visit to customer and delivering quarterly reviews that summarize support issue trends and identify opportunitioes for improvement
- Maintain current functional and technical knowledge of the entire Technosoft product line
- Provide Clear and constructive product feedback to Technosoft Product Management teams based on custonmer requirement
- Functional as frontline technical resource for "Best Price" and informal customer question
- Provide Timely report to internal management and external client
- Maintain Support Level Agreement for customer
- At least 5+ years experience in customer - facing position in support, technical account manager, or support engineer role
- Experience in modern software development methodologies, with emphasis on software and hardware architecture, infrastructure design and development and windows
- Knowledge of C# and Microsoft Dynamic AX/CRM preferred
- Strong analytical skill regarding technical and project management issues
- Flexible to be on-call via a company provided mobile device to respond to high-severity customer issues during non-standard business hours
- Ability to manage and drive competing requests across simultaneous client engagements
- Strong organization skill with an ability to manage competing client demands
- Ability to interact and communicate with multiple levels of people including CxO
- Excellent Knowledge in bussiness process and financial literate
- Excellent Communications and interpersonal skill including presentation skills
- Will be positioned in Jakarta, Indonesia
- Willing and able to travel locally within indonesia and worldwide
- Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent industry experience
- Fluent in ENglish, Japanese would be adnvantage
