Qualification: 
• Have a bachelor degree (S1) in IT/IS/Computer Science or equivalent qualification. • Minimum 3 years of substantial experience in the application of IT Services/Consulting domain area with extensive client portfolio from varied industries. • Having knowledge and exposure in ITSM (IT Service Management), or ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library), or IT Governance • Having experiences in ITSM or ITIL projects is preferred • Having professional certification (such as ITIL v3, COBIT, etc) is preferred, but not mandatory

Job Description:
• Provide IT consultancy services in area of IT Service Management
• Conduct training and workshop in the specified area based on expertise
• Support project team in various clients in his/her specialized area
