Job Requirements
• Male/Female, 22 – 28 years old (non muslim is preferred for balancing position in team)
• Min. Bachelor’s degree for any major
• Min. 1+ Years of experience in a Customer Service/Call Centre/Customer Support
• Having experience in Internet Service Provider Company or Telecommunication Company is preferred
• Understanding of Customer Service operations
• Personality : decision maker, achieve to teach, smart, dynamic, fast learner, deep analytical skills, cooperative, spiritfull, nice speaking
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Indonesian
• Excellent working knowledge of Computer (Operation, Installation and Connection)
• Willing to work organized by management, independent and teamwork
