1. Female, Max 35 years Old. 2. Preferred proficient in English both oral & written. 3. Good appearance and tidy. 4. Hardworking, enthusiastic and Team Player. 5. Able to handle stress & good communication skills with people at all levels. 6. Willing to be located in customer site.

Job Descriptions:
1. Answer staff questions in person or via phone.
2. Handle incoming phone call and escalation of problems.
3. Remotely troubleshoot problems through email/telephone by taking over the control users terminals.
4. Serve as liaison between staff and the technology department to resolve issues.
5. Update information on Helpdesk Ticketing System (Progress, Record Historical Solution as knowledge base).
6. Manage Computer Inventory from Acquisition to disposal.
