Coats Indonesia, a British private multinational sewing thread manufacturing company located in Bogor is seeking for a competent and enthusiastic candidate for the position USER SUPPORT ENGINEER [Entry Level Position] with :

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:
(a). Graduated from reputable university with GPA min. 2.75 (scale 4.00).
(b). Diploma (D3) or higher (major in MI/TI/TK).
(c). Good interpersonal skills and team player.
(d). Able to communicate in English.
(e). Fresh graduates are welcome.
(f). The candidates will be located in Bogor (preferred stayed in Bogor).

TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS:
(a). Good understanding of local area network concept and practice.
(b). PC/ printer/ other devices INSTALL/ MOVE/ ADD/ CHANGE.
(c). MS Windows XP/7/W2K3 INSTALL/ MOVE/ ADD/ CHANGE.
(d). Local area network wiring and connectivity.
(e). Familiar with remote support software.
