Essential Functions

The System Support is responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure. This individual ensures that system hardware, operating systems, and software systems adhere to organizational values, enabling staff, volunteers, and Partners including securing the system infrastructure from malicious attacks like DDOS.

This individual is accountable for the following systems: Linux and various web application systems; Responsibilities on these systems include SA engineering and provisioning, operations and support, maintenance and research and development to ensure continual innovation.
Responsibilities sometimes require working evenings and weekends, sometimes with little advanced notice but no regular travel required.

In additional, this individual will manage mobile network campaign management, such activities like uploading campaign, provide scheduled reports, and monitor its performance.
