1. IT Professional Development Program (PDP)

Area of interest:
• PDP – Software Development
• PDP – Non Software Development

Requirements:
• Fresh Graduates only
• Candidates required to attend intake session for 2-4 days in TotalBP Head Office, starting from 09.00 – 17.00 (number of days depend on selected area of interest)
• 1st intake session : 15 – 18 October 2012 (required to submit resume before 12 October 2012)
• 2nd intake session : 22 – 25 October 2012 (required to submit resume before 19 October 2012)

General Requirements:
1. Male/Female, minimun of diploma/bachelor degree majoring Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information System or Equivalent with minimum GPA of 3.0
2. Minimum 1-2 years work experience in the same field with the selected position
3. Excellent analytical problem solving skills
4. Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
5. Creative, high integrity, self motivated, hardworking, fast learner, and able to work independently as well as in team-oriented environment
