Sales Executive
Achieve the target agreed through but not limited to :
1. Generating and Calling Prospect
2. Visit Costumer and Introduce Company
3. Make First level Introduction / Presentation
4. - Setting up and Involve in Presentation / Study Meetings
- Follow up aggresively and make sure participants are confirmed
5. Prepare Solution Proposal & Financial together with SBU and Technical Team
6. Arranging Planned workshop / Seminars, Co-ordinate participation
7. - Ensure all preparation including material and equipment to be carried
- Co-ordinate Participants and ensure co-ordiantion / arrangements
8. Setting up the meeting and undertaking Negotiation / Closing
9. Prepare and Follow up contract with costumer and get feedback / discuss changes
10. Help Project team co-ordinate meetings and preparation for meetings
11. Ensure timely invoicing to costumer - ensure proper documents included as per contract
12. Help Finance follow up invoice and help get payment
13. Follow up on issues in project to co-ordinate their closure by discussing with OTI Management
14. Ability to utilize basic tools such power point, excel, word, etc
Tender submission
1. Lead the tender process
2. Ensure all documents are delivered as per tender (Administration, Financial, Technincal, Etc)
IDR 5-6 (Net)
Training, Medical, Life Insurance, THR, Corporate Gifts
Incentive/Bonus, Travel Reimbursment
