• Male/Female max 28 years old • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Information Technology / Graphic Design with web design proficiency from reputable university • Min. 2 years of experience in the same field • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Effective oral and written communication skills both Bahasa and English • Excellent teamwork and coordination skills • Self-starter, energizing, results-oriented, and able to multi-task • Ability to meet aggressive reliability, performance, cost, serviceability, and delivery targets • Expert proficiency in HTML, CSS, AJAX, JQuery, and Web Services • Expert proficiency in Adobe Flash Platform • Proficiency with Adobe CS Suite • Ability to rapidly create prototypes • Thorough understanding of Web Architecture and Usability • Detailed knowledge of web standards and cross-platform of Internet browser compliance • Provide at least 3 sample of works (portfolio)
