S2/S1 in Computer Science/ Informatics/ Management, with min. 8 years experienced as Management Consultant in Banking/ Financial industries, and having a good knowledge and experience in implementing Balance Score Card, Program and Portfolio Management, Human Resources Management, Business Plan & Market Research. The candidates also should have a good Project Management and IT knowledge & skills, strong leadership and a good command of English and communication skills.
