Qualification: 
1) Awesome skill in HTML and CSS. 2) Good skill in JavaScript. 3) Deep understanding of User Experience, Presentation and Web Content. 4) Understanding of and experience in branding, layout, color theory and typography in both print and digital media. 5) Good skills in Photoshop. 6) Knowledge of Website structure and functionality. 7) Ability to clearly articulate ideas, concepts and rationale for creative work. 8) A fun, collaborative attitude. 9) Broad knowledge of social media and digital communications. 10) Exceptional online portfolio showcasing innovative web design solutions. 11) We expect result instead of education background and therefore we challenge any graduates. 12) Able to work alone with a minimum of supervision.

Responsible:

1) Help create good looking User Interfaces.
2) Help code Front-End solutions.
3) Make sure that sites are running smoothly. Process maintenance requests, especially content requests. Anticipate issues. Help plan evolution of sites and apps.
4) Help solve any issues encountered during development or maintenance.
5) Slice Adobe Photoshop .PSD's into various graphical image files for use on Website.
6) Develop the search engine and performance optimised front-end (HTML, CSS, and JS).
7) Carry out W3C validation, accessibility and usability audits and tests, debugging, and maintenance / support.
8) Use cutting-edge front-end technologies to create high-performance, captivating user experiences.
