HELP DESK/ IT SUPPORT (IS)

Qualification: 
• Preferred from Faculty of Information Technology, Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science, or related Engineering discipline (IPK min 3 scale of 4) • Have good communication skill & good attitude • Able to work well in under pressure situation (or tightly time pressure) • Can work individually and in a team • Having a very good knowledge to maintenance for all PC, Laptop, Printers, Faxes, and CCTV • Able to prepare preventive maintenance dan support for data center if major problems occur.
